Prokitchen offers a vast range of avant-garde equipment for cooking, chilling, storing and regenerating food. Our blast chillers are capable of dropping hot food temperature from +65oC to +3oC in less than 90mins, while shock freezers will drop temperature from +65oC to -18oC in 240mins.
